Our office will be closed starting 1:00pm Tuesday March 17th 

Our reopening target date is uncertain as it is based on developing information.

Here are our plans for the following services:

  • Distributing Glasses and Contact Lenses:   Pre-paid items will be shipped this week to address on record.

  • Upcoming Lifetime Eye Care appointments:   We will contact you to reschedule.
  • Upcoming Vision Therapy (Vision Performance Center): We will contact you directly this week.
  • Eye health emergencies: Please call 541-342-3100 and follow the instructions on our voice message.

If you OR a direct family member are exhibiting a fever or respiratory issues, such as a severe cough, we are requiring that you first see your PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. If you are currently scheduled and develop any of these symptoms prior to your appointment, please call or text the office at 541-342-3100 and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment once you are feeling better and are symptom-free.
